Upon moving to U.K. from Hungary, Judit Duval’s creative journey had started. Her earlier work was a series of black ink drawings which included formal studies in Fine Arts, having graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a B.F.A. Honour. Whilst at University, Judit has developed an interest in cultural symbolism; the universal visual language of mankind. Having developed several distinctive and recognisable styles, Judit has been using an stimulating combination of colours and contrasts at times incorporating ethnic symbolism. Discovering the significance of ancient archeology as a rich and diverse reference source, constantly, she is searching and experimenting further depth in her abstract art to perceive beyond the tangible and to extricate the infinite out of the finite. Her aim is to produces new styles of innovative figurative abstract works. The diversity of used materials and the wide spectrum of mediums gives her the freedom of visual expression using space, lines, forms and textures to add value. Judit is inspired and influenced by a range of artists including Stanislav Szukalski, Stella Frank, Barbara Hepworth, and Sarah Morris. She has exhibited her artwork in numerous solo and group exhibitions and a participant artist in Art Shopping 2024. And passionately, she continues pursuing her artistic career to the full. U.K.
